REQUIREMENTS:
- Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a hotel, lodge, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP, kitchen safety, and FIFO.
- Strong teamwork, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in English with good communication skills.
