1. Specialist – Cloud Infrastructure (1 Position)

Purpose of the Job
To provide hands-on technical administration, support, and optimization of the organization's IT and Cloud Infrastructure environments.
The position plays a key role in driving IT infrastructure modernization initiatives, strengthening platform reliability, enhancing security posture, and enabling business continuity through best-practice architecture and operational governance.
Principal Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud environments including Exchange services online and on-premises.
- Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, SCCM, and identity services.
- Automate operational tasks using PowerShell scripting, Azure CLI, and infrastructure-as-code tools where appropriate.
- Maintain virtualization platforms, server infrastructure, storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Monitor cloud and hybrid infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and security.
- Implement infrastructure security controls, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and access management best practices.
- Support cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, automation, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Conduct assessments and apply infrastructure systems patches, upgrades, firmware updates, and security fixes.
- Ensure cloud and on-premises incidents are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage IT Infrastructure system licenses, subscriptions, and renewals.
- Perform systems backup and recovery activities as part of business continuity in line with the Bank's standards and policies.
- Provide Incident and Problem Management support at Level 2 and Level 3 for infrastructure-related incidents.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in cloud infrastructure and services across Microsoft Azure, Exchange Online, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong expertise in Microsoft infrastructure technologies including Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Exchange, SCCM, Azure, and other Microsoft enterprise solutions.
- Skills in RedHat Technologies including RedHat Satellite, OpenShift, and RedHat Certification will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and automation tools including GitHub, Terraform, and RedHat Ansible.
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware, Oracle Linux KVM Virtualization, and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Experience in server management including provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure solutions.
- Strong knowledge of SAN storage technologies including NetApp storage systems.
- Foundational knowledge of networking concepts and enterprise cloud infrastructure operations.
- Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High integrity, positive attitude, commitment, competence, and motivation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience administering enterprise Microsoft infrastructure.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 administration, and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience managing virtualization platforms and enterprise storage solutions.
- Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server) are required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proven stakeholder management and customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments with a flexible approach.
2. Assistant Manager – Supply Chain (1 Position)

Head – Transactional Banking
Responsible For:
Supply Chain Business under Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB)

Working Hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Additional hours may be required depending on workload).
Purpose of the Job
To support the development, structuring, and execution of the Bank's Supply Chain Financing (SCF) business by originating anchor-led programs, onboarding suppliers and distributors, assisting in credit structuring and approvals, and ensuring effective implementation and monitoring of SCF solutions.
The role contributes to growth in funded and non-funded working capital assets while maintaining portfolio quality and strong stakeholder relationships.
Principal Responsibilities
Business Development & Program Support
- Support identification and onboarding of anchor corporates with established supply chains in sectors such as FMCG, manufacturing, telecommunications, agriculture, and trading.
- Assist in structuring anchor-led Supply Chain Finance programs including:
- Supplier/Vendor Financing
- Dealer/Distributor Financing
- Invoice Discounting
- Purchase Order Financing
- Payables Financing
- Receivables Financing
- Conduct value chain analysis to identify financing opportunities within anchor ecosystems.
- Support acquisition of new-to-bank suppliers and distributors through SCF programs.
Product Structuring & Implementation
- Assist in drafting SCF program policy notes including eligibility criteria, limits, pricing, tenure, documentation, settlement mechanisms, and risk mitigants.
- Coordinate end-to-end operational workflows between Relationship Managers, Credit, Operations, IT, Anchors, and Suppliers/Distributors.
- Support digitization of trade and invoice flows, including onboarding onto SCF platforms.
Credit & Risk Support
- Prepare and support credit proposals for anchor corporates and program-level approvals in line with internal credit policies.
- Support development of supplier and distributor scorecards using bank data, anchor data, behavioural trends, and transaction history.
- Monitor portfolio performance including Days Past Due (DPD), overdue accounts, and concentration levels, while escalating early warning signals.
- Support periodic portfolio reviews and reporting.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Maintain effective working relationships with anchor corporates, particularly procurement and finance teams.
- Coordinate with the Legal Department to finalize:
- Program Agreements
- Supplier/Dealer Agreements
- Assignment Deeds
- Support supplier and distributor onboarding, awareness sessions, training, and documentation.
- Act as a subject matter resource on Supply Chain Finance products for internal stakeholders.
Market Engagement & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in industry events, forums, and ecosystem initiatives related to Supply Chain and Trade Finance.
- Support engagement with fintech and ecosystem partners to improve SCF delivery and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of SCF processes, turnaround times, and customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as MBA, ACCA, or CFA will be an added advantage.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, or Supply Chain Finance.
- Working knowledge of credit analysis, trade documentation, and working capital products.
