Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related field. An MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in business leadership, commercial management, or executive roles, with at least 5–8 years at senior management or executive level.
- Proven experience serving as a Country Manager, Managing Director, General Manager, Chief Operating Officer (COO), or in an equivalent senior leadership role.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Experience working with financial institutions and community-based programmes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Experience working within development programmes in Tanzania.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A Master's degree, MBA, and professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Cloud, or ICT Solutions are added advantages.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the telecommunications or ICT industry.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in telecommunications.
- Proven expertise in Huawei Radio Network Planning and Optimization (NPM).
- Extensive experience in 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G network planning and optimization.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale development programmes.

- Experience working with Tanzanian Government programmes, preferably in rural settings.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

- Experience developing instructional materials and facilitation resources.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and content development skills.
