Salary

The monthly salary ranges from US$1,800 to US$2,000, with benefits in line with Women First Digital (WFD) policy, including paid leave, sick leave, national holidays, and a medical allowance.

The Opportunity

Women First Digital (WFD) is seeking a passionate Senior Data Analyst to extract, synthesize, and analyze data from multiple sources to better understand users' self-care journeys, needs, and engagement with WFD's digital products.

The successful candidate will generate actionable insights that support organizational decision-making, product optimization, donor reporting, and strategic planning. Working with WFD's existing analytics infrastructure—including Google BigQuery and Looker Studio—you will help strengthen and expand the organization's centralized data ecosystem by integrating new data sources, improving reporting systems, and ensuring high-quality, accessible data across teams.

This is a fully remote position open to qualified candidates worldwide with a reliable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously optimize WFD's centralized data ecosystem, including the data repository, documentation, Google BigQuery datasets, and visualization portal.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, accessibility, and scalability across all organizational data sources.
  • Integrate new data sources into WFD's analytics infrastructure as systems and reporting requirements evolve.
  • Maintain and optimize dashboards and reporting systems to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and data gaps while translating complex datasets into strategic recommendations.
  • Lead cross-functional analyses to understand user journeys, platform performance, operational efficiency, and organizational impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital Operations, Partnerships, and Digital Marketing teams to strengthen reporting and organizational learning.
  • Analyze and synthesize organizational data for donor reporting, impact measurement, and strategic planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data management, analytics, visualization, automation, and data literacy across the organization.

Position Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, data management, reporting, and visualization.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including PivotTables, advanced formulas, Power Query, and external data integration.
  • Strong SQL skills, including query writing, joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, optimization, and data manipulation.
  • Experience using Python for data analysis and automation, including Pandas, NumPy, APIs, data cleaning, and ETL processes.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn Google BigQuery and cloud-based data warehousing.
  • Experience building dashboards with Google Looker Studio or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and digital analytics.
  • Experience integrating multiple data sources for scalable reporting and analytics.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience preparing donor reports, monitoring frameworks, or organizational performance reports is an advantage.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and JSON data is an added advantage.
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; French and/or Spanish is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, innovation, and a proactive mindset.
  • A personal laptop, mobile phone, and reliable internet connection.
