JOB TITLE: DIRECT SALES AGENTS (DSAs)

WORK LOCATIONS:
- Mbeya – 30 Positions
- Iringa – 10 Positions
- Arusha – 10 Positions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote and sell the company’s products and services
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new customers
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets
- Prepare and submit daily sales performance reports
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of Form IV Secondary Education Examination Certificate
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any field is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior sales experience is a preferred added advantage
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
- Must be honest, hardworking, and customer-focused
- High integrity, honesty, strong work ethic, and a customer-first mindset
