BRANCH MANAGER – MWANZA
We are seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead branch performance, drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure operational and regulatory excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Drive branch business growth, sales, cross-selling, and customer acquisition. · Lead the branch team to achieve business and performance targets. · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. · Drive customer retention and deliver exceptional customer experience. · Manage the branch's liability portfolio and promote low-cost deposits. · Ensure compliance with banking regulations, KYC requirements, and internal policies. · Identify and mitigate branch risks while driving timely resolution of audit and risk findings. · Coach, mentor, and develop branch staff to improve performance.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. · Minimum 3 years' experience at Branch Manager level. · Strong leadership, business development, and sales skills. · Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. · Strong knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and risk management.
