KAIRUKI PHARMACEUTICALS INDUSTRY LIMITED (KPIL)
Kairuki Pharmaceuticals Industry Limited (KPIL) is a pharmaceutical manufacturing company specializing in the manufacture of sterile intravenous (IV) pharmaceutical products. The Company is located at Zegereni Industrial Area, Kibaha, Pwani.
We are seeking qualified, experienced, and suitably motivated Tanzanian professionals to fill the following positions:
1. INTERNAL AUDITOR – 1 POSITION
a) Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
b) CPA(T) or equivalent professional qualification.
c) Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in internal auditing.
d) Manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry experience is an added advantage.
e) Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, compliance, and auditing.
2. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER – 1 POSITION
a) Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
b) Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
c) Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments, preferably pharmaceutical manufacturing.
d) Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and electrical safety.
3. ELECTRONICS ENGINEER – 1 POSITION
a) Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or equivalent.
b) Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
c) Experience in industrial automation, control systems, instrumentation, PLCs, sensors, and electronic equipment.
4. MECHANICAL ENGINEER – 2 POSITIONS
a) Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
b) Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
c) Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
d) Knowledge of mechanical maintenance, production machinery, utilities, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
5. ACCOUNTANT – 1 POSITION
a) Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
b) CPA(T) or equivalent professional qualification.
c) Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.
d) Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
e) Knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and statutory compliance.
6. FINANCE OFFICER – 1 POSITION
a) Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
b) Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.
c) CPA(T) or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage.
d) Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, cash-flow management, and financial reporting.
7. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – 2 POSITIONS
a) Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Production, or a related field.
b) Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing industry.
c) Experience supervising production teams and manufacturing operations.
d) Knowledge of GMP, production documentation, quality requirements, and workplace safety.
e) Pharmaceutical/sterile manufacturing experience is an added advantage.
8. IN-PROCESS QUALITY ASSURANCE INTERN – 1 POSITION
Entry-Level Internship
a) Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
b) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
c) Basic knowledge of GMP and Quality Assurance principles is an added advantage.
d) Good analytical, documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
e) Willingness to learn and work in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
9. QUALITY CONTROL CHEMISTRY INTERN – 2 POSITIONS
Entry-Level Internship
a) Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or a related field.
b) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
c) Basic knowledge of laboratory analysis and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) is an added advantage.
d) Knowledge of analytical laboratory techniques and pharmaceutical quality control is an added advantage.
e) Good attention to detail, documentation, analytical, and teamwork skills.
f) Willingness to learn and work in a pharmaceutical manufacturing laboratory.
10. QUALITY CONTROL MICROBIOLOGY INTERN – 1 POSITION
Entry-Level Internship
a) Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
b) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
c) Basic knowledge of microbiological laboratory techniques and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) is an added advantage.
d) Knowledge of pharmaceutical microbiology, environmental monitoring, and microbial testing is an added advantage.
e) Good laboratory, documentation, analytical, and teamwork skills.
f) Willingness to learn and work in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
11. HUMAN RESOURCE INTERN – 1 POSITION
Entry-Level Internship
a) Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (HR), or a related field.
b) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
c) Basic knowledge of HR practices, labour relations, recruitment, employee records, and HR administration.
d) Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills.
e) Willingness to learn and work in a professional manufacturing environment.
