WATER TECHNICIANS - 3 POSITIONS
Department: Water Solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, maintain and repair water pumps and related systems.
- Conduct troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of water equipment.
- Perform site inspections and provide technical recommendations.
- Support installation of borehole, booster, irrigation and water treatment systems.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate technical records.
- Provide professional technical support to customers and the sales team.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Water Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Practical experience in water pumps and pumping systems, including installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of borehole, booster, irrigation and water supply systems.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Young, energetic, motivated and willing to travel to customer sites and project locations.

Tamgo Tanzania Limited is looking for a dynamic, technically competent and results-oriented Sales Engineer - Water Solutions to join our team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Contract: 1 Year, renewable based on performance
Position: 1
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development for water solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Develop customer and project relationships.
- Recommend suitable pumps, pumping systems, dewatering, irrigation and water treatment solutions.
- Prepare technical/commercial proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
- Manage the sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets.
- Conduct customer and project-site visits across Tanzania.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Water, Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in technical sales, engineering sales, business development or water solutions.
- Experience in water pumps, pumping systems, dewatering, irrigation or water treatment is an added advantage.
- Proven sales and business development track record.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently within Tanzania.

Department: Generators / Parts & Service
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs of diesel generator sets.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and engine-related faults.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on generator sets.
- Conduct generator installations, commissioning, testing and inspections.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Provide professional technical support to customers and assist the service team on site.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Diesel Mechanics, or a related technical field.
- Practical experience in diesel engines and generator sets, including servicing and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of diesel engine systems, fuel systems, cooling systems, lubrication systems and basic electrical controls.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and safety.
- Young, energetic, motivated and willing to travel for field service assignments and customer support.
