POSITION: TECHNICAL ADVISOR
Can you help Producer Organisations become stronger, more inclusive and commercially sustainable? Then this opportunity may be for you.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Master's degree in Agribusiness, Cooperative Management, Finance, Rural Development or related field.
- Minimum 8 years' experience working with Producer Organisations/cooperatives, including 5 years in a senior technical/advisory role.
- Experience in poultry and/or dairy value chains.
- Strong expertise in business development, market linkages, finance and organisational development.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, coaching and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
