Tanzania Positions

• Zonal Business Managers:

  • Ideally, you have an FMCG regional manager profile with 10+ years of experience.
  • You must be willing to travel extensively within the region.
  • Your responsibilities will include planning and executing distribution strategies, managing the entire supply chain, and ensuring optimal stock levels through effective inventory management.

• Store Managers:

  • You must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Sales.
  • You will effectively manage store operations, achieve monthly sales targets, and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.

• Clusters Managers:

  • Ideally, you have a retail background with 6+ years of experience.
  • You must be willing to travel extensively within the region.
  • You will oversee inventory across all stores in the region and execute BTL campaigns to drive footfall and achieve Cluster Sales Targets.

• Field Sales Agents:

  • You must be able to recruit, train, and manage freelancers to drive sales through targeted community campaigns and performance-based incentives.
  • You will lead store teams to achieve sales targets and monitor inventory to ensure timely stock delivery.

• Assistant Store Managers:

  • You must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales.
  • Your responsibilities will include effectively managing store operations, consistently achieving monthly sales targets, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Dar es Salaam Positions

• Human Resources Officers:

  • You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HR roles is required.
  • Candidates must have a solid understanding of Tanzanian Labour Laws and HR best practices.

• Drivers:

  • You must have a minimum of O’ Level education (Form Four Certificate or equivalent).
  • You must have at least 3-5 years of driving experience, preferably in a Corporate or Manufacturing Environment.
  • A valid Driver’s License is a must.
