For the position of Regional Manager (12 Posts), the successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing all regional operations including maintenance services for vehicles, machinery, equipment, and electrical systems. They will ensure service quality, prepare and manage regional budgets, and oversee effective use of resources. Additionally, they will lead teams of supervisors and staff by setting clear goals, providing feedback, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Regional Managers will also collaborate with communities, customers, and various stakeholders to ensure TEMESA’s services meet both national and international standards.
For the position of Manager of Consultancy Services (1 Post), the successful candidate will lead and coordinate all professional consultancy services offered by TEMESA. This includes designing and managing technical projects, providing expert guidance to clients on technical and electrical services, and ensuring consultancy services contribute to the agency’s revenue growth and expand TEMESA’s professional influence in the market.
