CPP invites eligible Level Two VETA graduates to apply for a fully funded scholarship program to pursue Level Three VETA Certificate in the following trades:
AVAILABLE TRADES & TRAINING CENTERS
- Electrical Installation – VETA Moshi
- Design Sewing & Cloth Technology – VETA Arusha
- Plumbing and Pipe Fitting – VETA Moshi
- Motor Vehicle Mechanics – VETA Moshi
- Welding and Metal Fabrication – VETA Moshi
SCHOLARSHIP COVERAGE
Successful applicants will receive support covering:
- Tuition fees
- Meals
- Field or industrial training
- Transportation
- Medical insurance
- Start-up kit
- Accommodation
PROGRAM DURATION
The scholarship programs will last for 12 months, covering theory and practical institutional training and industrial practical training/field attachment.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Be a Tanzanian citizen
- Hold Certificate of Secondary School Education (CSSE)
- Have successfully passed examination for VETA Level 2 and obtained a Vocational Certificate Level II (VC2) in a relevant trade or occupation
- Applicants should not be over 28 years
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply
- Submit an application letter stating the trade/occupation of interest and intention to join Level 3 at VETA
- Attach copies of CSSE, VC2 VETA Certificate or result slip indicating VC2
- Attach a stamped introduction letter from the Village/Ward Executive Officer as proof of residence
- Attach National ID (NIDA), or NIDA number, Birth Certificate, or Passport
