GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1. DIGITAL & IT PERSONNEL
i. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
ii. Proven experience in managing databases, networks, and IT systems.
iii. Proficiency in software troubleshooting and hardware maintenance.
iv. Knowledge of data security, backup, and recovery procedures.
v. Key interest in graphic design and social media management.
vi. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

2. DATA CLERK
i. Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Statistics, Information Management, or related field.
ii. High accuracy and attention to detail when handling large datasets.
iii. Ability to maintain confidentiality and data integrity.
iv. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

3. AUDITOR
i. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
ii. CPA (T) or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage.
iii. Minimum 3 years of experience in internal or external auditing.
iv. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
v. Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

4. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
i. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
ii. At least 5 years of HR experience, with 2 years in a managerial role.
iii. Knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and HR best practices.
iv. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
v. Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office.

5. CREDIT OFFICER
i. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
ii. Minimum 2 years of experience in credit assessment or loan management.
iii. Strong analytical and risk evaluation skills.
iv. Ability to maintain client relationships and ensure timely loan repayments.
v. Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.

6. STOCK MANAGER
i. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
ii. Minimum 2 years’ experience in inventory or warehouse management.
iii. Knowledge of stock control systems and procedures.
iv. Strong numerical and organizational skills.
v. Ability to prepare stock reports and manage logistics effectively.

7. CLAIMS AND RISK OFFICER
i. Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Law, Finance, or related field.
ii. Experience in claims handling and risk assessment.
iii. Basic knowledge in law-related procedures is an added advantage.
iv. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
v. High integrity and ability to handle sensitive information.

8. CALL CENTER AGENTS
i. Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
ii. Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili (spoken and written).
iii. Customer service and telesales experience preferably in credit or loan-related services.
iv. Computer literacy, with ability to use CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and phone call software.
v. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a positive customer attitude.

9. COUNTRY SALES SUPERVISOR
i. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
ii. Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and supervisory role.
iii. Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
iv. Excellent leadership, communication, and planning skills.
v. Willingness to travel across regions and oversee national sales operations.

10. DAR ES SALAAM SALES SUPERVISOR
i. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
ii. At least 2 years’ experience in sales, supervisory role, and customer relationship management.
iii. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
iv. Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to meet targets.
v. Flexible, quick learner, and able to work under pressure.

11. ZONAL SALES SUPERVISORS (WEST, SOUTH & NORTH ZONE)
i. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
ii. Minimum 2 years of field sales experience.
iii. Strong understanding of the respective regional markets.
iv. Ability to plan, monitor, and report sales performance within the zone.
v. Excellent communication and leadership skills; willing to travel frequently.
