ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CALL TO INTERVIEW
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of the Tanzania Agricultural Research Institute (TARI), the National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA), Tanzania Institute of Education (TIE), and the Institute of Rural Development Planning (IRDP), is pleased to inform all job applicants that the interview process is scheduled to take place from 08/10/2025 to 13/10/2025. The final date will depend on the specific job cadre for which each candidate has been shortlisted.
All shortlisted candidates for the interview must adhere to the following instructions:
- The interview will be conducted at the time and location specified in the schedule accompanying this announcement. The schedule for each respective cadre has been outlined.
- All candidates must wear a face mask.
- All candidates must bring original identification documents for verification, including: Birth Certificate, Voter's ID, Work ID, National ID Card, Passport, Driver's License, or an introductory letter from the Local Government Authority with a recent passport-sized photograph.
- All candidates must bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from Form IV, VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, and any higher qualifications as specified in the job advertisement.
- Candidates presenting Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, or Form IV and Form VI results slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and will not be permitted to proceed with the interview.
- Each candidate will be responsible for their own food, travel, and accommodation expenses.
- Each candidate must plan their schedule to ensure arrival at the interview venue at the specified date and time.
- For applicants who studied outside Tanzania, academic certificates must be verified and approved by the relevant authorities (TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA).
- Job applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should consider their application unsuccessful.
- Candidates shortlisted for more than one position are advised to choose and attend only one interview.
- Candidates who notice errors in their names on the list should use their Interview Call Number as the primary identifier for the interview exam.
- Shortlisted candidates are advised to check their interview accounts for any preliminary online examinations they may be required to take.
- All candidates whose names are on the list and have changed their names should bring the original Deed Poll registered with the Registrar of Titles.
