Bagamoyo Sugar Limited is seeking to recruit 100 Field Assistants for its Agricultural Department.

Position: Field Assistant

Requirements for Applicants:

1. Must be in good health.
2. Must not have been previously terminated from employment.
3. Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
4. Must be aged between 18-45 years.
5. Must not be a current employee of Bagamoyo Sugar.

Required Documents:

1. Job application letter.
2. Two (2) recommendation letters.
3. Identification letter from local government.
4. NIDA Number.
5. TIN Certificate (Taxpayer ID).
6. Four (4) passport-sized photos.
7. Tigo or Azam Pesa mobile number.
8. Must own a hoe (jembe).
