ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTERVIEW CALL

The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of the Ministry of Health, MDAs, and LGAs, wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for positions that interviews are expected to be conducted from 19-07-2025 to 22-07-2025. This will also include the placement of successful candidates at their respective workstations.

Interviewees are required to adhere to the following instructions:

  1. Interviews will begin on the dates specified in this announcement, with the time and location clearly indicated for each cadre.
  2. Every interviewee must arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask (barakoa).
  3. Every interviewee must carry an identification document for verification.
  4. Acceptable identification documents include: Resident ID, Voter’s ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID, Passport, Driver’s License, or a letter of identification from the local government (Mtaa/Kijiji).
  5. Interviewees must bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from the birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, and higher, depending on the applicant’s qualifications.
  6. Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, and Form IV/VI results slips (Form V and Form VI slips) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, AND CANDIDATES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE INTERVIEW.
  7. Each interviewee will be responsible for their own food, transportation, and accommodation.
  8. Every interviewee must strictly observe the date, time, and location assigned for their interview.
  9. Applicants who studied in Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and endorsed by the relevant authorities (e.g., TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA).
  10. Applicants who do not see their names in this announcement should log in to their Ajira Portal accounts to check the reasons for their exclusion to avoid missing future opportunities.
  11. For cadres requiring professional board registration, candidates must bring their original registration certificates along with valid practice licenses.
  12. All interviewees must log in to their accounts and copy their examination numbers, as these will not be provided on the interview day.
  13. Interviewees whose names differ across documents must submit a registered Deed Poll (Hati ya Klapo cha Kubadili Jina) certified by the Ministry of Justice.

Note: Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in disqualification from the interview process.
