ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INTERVIEW

The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of the Institute of Finance Management (IFM), MDAs & LGAs, Tanzania Roads Agency (TANROADS), Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA), Office of the Treasury Registrar (OTR), Eastern Africa Statistical Training Centre (EASTC) wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for various positions that interviews are scheduled to be conducted from 30/09/2025 to 24/10/2025. Eventually, successful candidates will be assigned work stations. Candidates invited for the interview are required to observe the following instructions:

  1. Interviews will be conducted on the dates and venues as indicated in this announcement according to each Cadre.
  2. Every candidate must arrive at the interview venue wearing a Mask.
  3. Every candidate must come with an identification document for verification.

  1. Acceptable identification documents include: National ID, Voter’s ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID, Passport, Driving License, or an introduction letter with a Government-issued stamp from the Ward/Village Executive Officer.
  2. Candidates must bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, including birth certificate, O-level and A-level certificates, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, and Postgraduate qualifications depending on the requirements of the applied position.


  1. Submission of Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, and examination result slips for Form IV and Form VI will NOT be accepted and candidates presenting such documents will NOT be allowed to proceed with the interview.
  2. Each candidate must cover their own food, transport, and accommodation expenses.
  3. Candidates must take note of the date, time, and venue for their interview.
  4. For applicants who studied outside Tanzania, their certificates must be verified and recognized by relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, and NECTA).


  1. Job applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should consider themselves unsuccessful and are advised to log in to the Recruitment Portal account to confirm the reasons for their ineligibility.
  2. For cadres requiring registration with Professional Boards, candidates must bring their Original Registration Certificates as well as valid Practice Licenses.
  3. Candidates invited for interviews must ensure their names match exactly as they appear on their NIDA IDs; discrepancies will lead to disqualification.

  1. Candidates whose names differ on their certificates must submit a legal Sworn Deed Poll certified by the Ministry of Lands.
