1. Blaster (2 Vacancies)
   Location: Kigoma, Malagalasi Project
   Employment Type: Full Time, Specific Task Contract
   Deadline: 31/12/2025

Responsibilities:

• Safely handle and use explosives for controlled blasting operations.

• Review site plans, mark and measure blast holes, prepare, transport, and store explosives.

• Operate drilling rigs, load explosives, set detonation systems, conduct post-blast inspections.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and national regulations.

• Collaborate with engineers and site personnel to minimize environmental impact.

Qualifications:

• NTA Level 5 Certificate or equivalent in Mining, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or technical field.

• Valid Blasting License.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in blasting or drilling/blasting operations.

2. Driller (3 Vacancies)

Responsibilities:
