ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INTERVIEW ATTENDANCE
The Deputy Vice Chancellor of the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) wishes to inform all job applicants that interviews are expected to be conducted from 05-12-2025 in order to allocate successful candidates to their respective work stations. All applicants who have been called for the interview must observe the following instructions:

Interviews will be held starting on the date shown in this announcement, at the locations where the specific cadre interviews have been scheduled.

Every interviewee must arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask. Each interviewee is required to bring an identification document for verification.
Acceptable identification includes: Resident ID, Voter’s ID, Work ID, National ID, Passport, Driver’s License or any recognized identification from the Shehia/Village Government. -
Interviewees must present ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, including Birth Certificate, Certificates for Form IV, VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master's Degree depending on job requirements.

Interviewees who submit Testimonials, Provisional Results, or Statements of Results, or certificates/results slips for Form IV and Form VI, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.

For cadres requiring registration with Professional Boards, interviewees must bring their original registration certificates and valid licenses to practice.

Each interviewee will cover their own meals, transport, and accommodation. Interviewees are also required to attend interviews dressed in decent and formal attire according to the dress code instructions.

For interviewees who studied outside Tanzania, they must ensure their certificates have been verified and recognized by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTVET or NECTA). Interviewees in cadres requiring GPA verification must submit a GPA verification certificate from TCU.

Interviewees whose names appear in this announcement must log into their Ajira Portal accounts to see the interview location and avoid missing the opportunity.

All interviewees must ensure their accounts contain correct phone numbers and email addresses. Those who pass the interview and are selected through the online system will receive notifications via email or through their Ajira Portal accounts.

Interviewees whose names contain differences from their academic certificates must submit a Deed Poll registered with the Ministry of Lands.
