ANNOUNCEMENT TO ATTEND AN INTERVIEW
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA), would like to inform Job Applicants who applied for the job that the interview is expected to be conducted from 20-11-2025 to 21-11-2025 and afterwards allocate stations for the applicants who will pass the interview. Applicants who are called for the interview must observe the following instructions:
- The interview will be conducted on the date shown in this announcement according to the time and place specified for each Cadre.
- Every applicant is required to arrive at the interview venue wearing a Mask. Each applicant must bring an ID for identification purposes.
- Accepted identification cards include: Voter’s ID, Worker’s ID, National ID, Passport, Driving License, or an identification letter from the Government at the Ward/Village level.
- Applicants must arrive with their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, including birth certificate, Certificates for Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, and Master’s Degree depending on the job qualifications.
- Applicants who submit testimonials, provisional results, statements of results, or Form IV and Form VI result slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.
- For cadres requiring registration with Professional Boards, applicants must come with their Original Registration Certificates and Valid Practice Licenses.
- Each applicant will cover their own food, transport, and accommodation costs. Additionally, applicants must attend the interview wearing clean, decent, and respectful attire as per the dress code guidelines.
- Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified by relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA). Applicants with foreign GPAs must submit a GPA conversion certificate from TCU.
- Applicants whose names are not on this list should not hesitate to enter their Ajira Portal accounts to view reasons for not being called and to rectify issues for future opportunities.
- Applicants called for the interview must make sure they log in to their accounts to obtain the interview numbers. Applicants sitting for written and oral interviews via the online system will be required to remember their email addresses and passwords registered in the Ajira Portal.
- Applicants whose names appear differently in their documents must bring a Deed Poll registered by the Ministry of Lands.
