Key Roles & Responsibilities
· Manage and coordinate daily tourism operations and client bookings.
· Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to promote tour packages.
· Conduct client outreach, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
· Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
· Create marketing content for social media and other promotional platforms.
· Prepare sales, operational, and performance reports.
· Collaborate with management to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline (degree qualification is mandatory).
· At least 2 years of proven experience in tourism operations, marketing, or sales.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, email, social media marketing).
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
