• Spirit of Family Investment Limited invites qualified, hardworking, and motivated individuals to apply for the following positions:
ACCOUNTANT
• Manage overall company accounting operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle all tax matters (PAYE, VAT, Withholding Tax, SDL, Corporate Income Tax)
• Ensure compliance with TRA, NSSF, WCF, OSHA, BRELA, and other laws
• Prepare and monitor Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC)
• Manage cash flow, budgets, and expenditures
• Maintain accurate financial and legal records
• Provide financial advice to management
Applicant Qualifications
• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 6 months work experience
• Good knowledge of Tanzanian tax laws
• Ability to use accounting systems (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.)
• High integrity, honesty, and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
FOOT SOLDIERS (STREET SALES)
• Sell and distribute company products in assigned areas
• Register new customers and maintain existing ones
• Collect orders, track sales, and ensure correct payments
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
• Ensure strong product visibility in the market
• Collect customer and market feedback
• Adhere to company policies and work ethics
Applicant Qualifications
• Form Four (O-Level) education or above
• Sales experience (alcoholic beverages experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Honest, hardworking, and disciplined
• Willingness to work in the field and meet targets
• Resident of the assigned area or good market knowledge
• Ability to write and present sales reports
SALES OFFICER
• Sell products according to set targets
• Open new markets and acquire new customers
• Maintain relationships with existing customers
• Collect and submit orders on time
• Monitor customer payments
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
• Collect market and competitor information
Applicant Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field
• Minimum of 6 months sales experience (alcoholic beverages preferred)
• Good understanding of beverage markets and distribution
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to plan and achieve sales targets
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work in any assigned area
• Ability to prepare sales reports
SUPERVISOR
• Supervise and coordinate sales officers and foot soldiers
• Ensure achievement of sales targets
• Plan and schedule sales activities
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
• Monitor staff discipline, attendance, and performance
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching
• Handle customer and team challenges
• Collect and report market and competitor information
Applicant Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field
• At least 2 years sales experience (alcoholic beverages preferred)
• Experience managing a sales team is an advantage
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to plan, manage people, and monitor results
• Honest, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
• Willingness to work in the field and travel
• Ability to prepare accurate reports
DRIVER
• Transport company products, staff, and documents safely
• Ensure vehicle is well maintained and functional
• Follow travel schedules and company instructions
• Comply with traffic laws and road safety regulations
• Report vehicle faults promptly
• Ensure vehicle readiness before trips
• Assist with loading and unloading when required
Applicant Qualifications
• Form Four (O-Level) education
• Valid Class D driving license
• At least 1 year driving experience
• Honest, hardworking, and disciplined
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure and follow schedules
• Strong commitment to road safety
PRODUCTION WORKERS
• Participate in alcohol production processes
• Monitor machines and ensure quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas and equipment
• Follow instructions from production supervisor
• Report production or machine issues immediately
• Assist in packaging finished products
• Follow OSHA and factory safety regulations
