ANNOUNCEMENT OF CALL FOR INTERVIEW
The Secretary to the Parliament, Office of the Parliament, wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for various positions and were shortlisted that interviews are expected to be conducted from 20/12/2025 to 23/12/2025. The interview schedule indicating the specific dates and venues for each cadre will be communicated to the shortlisted applicants. Candidates called for interview are required to observe the following instructions:
- Interviews will be conducted starting on the dates as shown in this announcement. The time and venue for each interview will be specified for each cadre.
- Each candidate is required to bring original certificates for verification.
• Acceptable certificates include: Birth Certificate, Voter Identification Card, Employment Identification Card, National Identity Card, Passport, Driving License, or a letter of identification from the Local Government Authority (Street/Village) where the applicant resides.
- Candidates are required to bring ORIGINAL academic certificates starting from Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Degree, Higher Diploma, Postgraduate certificates, and transcripts showing the final GPA.
- Candidates who present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, or Form IV and Form VI results slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.
- Candidates whose interviews will be conducted by the Recruitment Board are required
