JOB APPOINTMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
The University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) wishes to inform applicants for various job positions who attended interviews on 5 December, 2025 that the names of the successful candidates are listed in this announcement.
Successful applicants are required to complete employment procedures by reporting to the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), Administration Building, Registry Office, Room No. 315 on Monday, 15 December, 2025 from 9:00 a.m., bringing the documents specified in this announcement for verification before being issued with appointment letters.
For those whose names do not appear in this announcement, please note that you were not selected/did not pass the interview. You are encouraged to apply again when other job vacancies are advertised.
The required documents are as follows:
(i) Original Certificates and Transcripts and two certified copies (certified by an Advocate/Magistrate) of all academic certificates from Form Four onwards;
(ii) Birth Certificate;
(iii) Copy of National ID (NIDA); and
(iv) Four coloured passport size photographs.
