INTERVIEW NOTICE

18/12/2025

The Clerk of the National Assembly, the Parliamentary Office, wishes to inform all Job Applicants that the interview is expected to be conducted from 20/12/2025 to 23/12/2025 and thereafter to assign work stations to successful candidates. Interviewees invited to the interview must observe the following instructions:

  1. The interview will be conducted starting from the date as shown in this notice. The time and place where the interview will be conducted is specified for each Cadre.
  2. Every Interviewee must have an identification document for identification purposes.
    · Acceptable identification documents include:- Resident's Identity Card, Voter's Identity Card, Work Identity Card, Citizenship Identity Card, Passport, Driver's License or an identification letter from the Local/Ward Government of origin.

  1. Interviewees are required to bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from the birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Certificates, Diplomas, Higher Diplomas, Degrees and above depending on the requirements of the respective position.
  2. Interviewees who submit ‘Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of results’, or Form IV and Form VI results slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE INTERVIEW.


  1. For cadres required to be registered by Professional Boards, they must come with their ORIGINAL Registration Certificates along with Practicing Licenses.
  2. Each interviewee will be responsible for their own Food, Transport and Accommodation. Furthermore, every interviewee must attend the interview wearing neat and presentable attire according to the Dress Code.
  3. Interviewees who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their Certificates have been verified and approved by the Relevant Authorities (such as TCU, NACTVET or NECTA). Interviewees for cadres that require ‘GPA’ who studied outside Tanzania must submit a GPA calculation certificate from TCU.
  4. Interviewees who have not seen their names on this notice should log into their ‘Ajira Portal’ accounts and see the reasons for not being invited so they do not miss opportunities another time.
  5. All interviewees invited to the interview must ensure they log into their accounts and note the interview number. Furthermore, interviewees who will undergo a preliminary online screening interview must remember the email address and password they use in the Ajira Portal system.
  6. Interviewees whose names differ in their documents must submit a Registered Deed Poll for Change of Name registered by the Ministry of Lands.
