ANNOUNCEMENT OF JOB ALLOCATION
The Secretary of the Employment Secretariat in the Public Service wishes to inform job applicants for various cadres who sat for interviews between 23/04/2025 and 19/11/2025 that the results of applicants who passed the interviews are as listed in this announcement. The list of names also includes some applicants who were in the database under various cadres and who have been allocated jobs after positions became available.
All candidates who passed the interview and were allocated job positions, their appointment letters will be available through their Ajira Portal ACCOUNTS under the My Applications section, which they will be able to download and print. These letters will indicate where to report for the assigned job positions.
Furthermore, applicants who passed the interview and were allocated job positions are required to report to the respective employers within the time specified in the appointment letters while carrying original certificates for education starting from Form Four and onward, for verification by the employer before being issued with employment letters. For those whose names do not appear in this announcement, they should understand that they did not obtain employment/did not pass the interview, and therefore should apply again when new job vacancies are announced.
