Relationship Manager; Agri Retail (3 Positions)

Job Purpose:
Responsible for marketing Agri Retail products and services to grow assets and liabilities, generating leads, processing and assessing Agri-credit applications, reviewing credit appraisals from Relationship Officers from branches in the zone. The role also involves analyzing the performance of all Agri Retail loans within the mandated area against set budgets, ensuring compliance with quality standards, advising the Head of Agri Retail on business anomalies, and supporting product development initiatives tailored to agribusiness customers.
Relationship Manager; Chinese Desk (1 Position)
Job Location: Head Office
Job Purpose:
To develop, maintain, and grow relationships with the Chinese Desk portfolio of corporate clients, promote and sell NMB products and services, manage portfolio performance, support credit appraisal and onboarding, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.
Relationship Manager; Dairy (Re-advertised) (1 Position)
Job Location: Highlands Zone – Mkwawa
Job Purpose:
To grow assets and liabilities from SME and commercial clients within the dairy sector, advise on dairy portfolio strategy, support branches in customer acquisition, analyze portfolio performance, and contribute to product development for dairy agribusiness customers.
Relationship Manager; Forestry (Re-advertised) (1 Position)
Job Location: Highlands Zone – Mafinga
Job Purpose:
To grow deposits and lending within forestry-related businesses, advise on forestry portfolio strategy, monitor loan performance, support branches in recruiting customers, and contribute to the development of forestry-focused financial solutions.
Relationship Manager; SME (2 Positions)
Job Locations:
Lake Zone
Western Zone – Kahama Business Center
Job Purpose:
Responsible for growing SME assets and liabilities, guiding Relationship Officers, appraising SME credit applications, managing portfolio quality, advising management on SME growth strategies, and ensuring sustainable business growth across assigned zones.
Senior Manager; Finance & Control (1 Position)
Job Location: Head Office
Job Purpose:
Responsible for accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions, budgeting, cost analysis, budgetary control, payment processes, financial controls, staff management, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Senior Manager; Data Management and Analytics (1 Position)
Job Location: Head Office
Job Purpose:
To define and execute the Bank’s data strategy, lead enterprise-wide data governance, ensure data quality and privacy, support advanced analytics and AI readiness, and deliver data-driven insights aligned with the Bank’s business strategy.
Senior Manager; Transaction Banking Digital Solutions (1 Position)
Job Location: Head Office
Job Purpose:
To act as a strategic bridge between Transaction Banking and ICT by driving digital enablement, post-implementation support, change management, user adoption, analytics, and continuous improvement of transaction banking digital solutions.
