ANNOUNCEMENT ON SHORTLISTING FOR INTERVIEWS

The Secretary of the Secretariat of Employment in the Public Service, on behalf of the Ministries and Institutions including the Ministry of Minerals (TMC), Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASA), Muhimbili National Hospital (MNH), Ministry of Lands, Housing and Human Settlements Development, National Audit Office (NAOT), wishes to inform all job applicants that the interview process is expected to be conducted from 29/09/2025 to 30/01/2026 after completion of preparation of interview schedules for the shortlisted candidates.

Applicants who pass the screening stage will be invited for interviews through various channels as follows:

  1. Interviews will be conducted on the dates as indicated in this announcement, and the time and venue for each interview will be specified by the respective Institution.
  2. Every shortlisted applicant is required to report to the interview venue wearing a face mask.
  3. Each applicant is required to bring an original National Identification Card.
    Acceptable identification documents include: Employment Identity Card, Voter’s Identity Card, National Identity Card, Passport, Birth Certificate, or a letter of identification from the respective Village/Street Government.
  4. Applicants are required to bring ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES starting from Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, and Postgraduate certificates depending on the level of qualification.
  5. Testimonials, provisional results, statements of results, and Form IV and Form VI results slips SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
  6. Applicants who are shortlisted for professional registration bodies are required to bring original registration certificates and valid practicing licenses.
  7. Each applicant will be responsible for their own food, transport, and accommodation expenses. Every applicant is advised to attend the interview in appropriate attire and in compliance with interview requirements.
  8. Applicants who studied outside Tanzania are required to ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTVET, and NECTA). Applicants with foreign qualifications whose GPA is not indicated in the Tanzanian system must submit GPA equivalency certificates issued by TCU.
  9. Applicants whose names appear in this announcement are required to log in to their Ajira Portal accounts to obtain interview numbers, as failure to do so may result in missing the opportunity.
  10. All shortlisted applicants are required to attend the interview and ensure they have accounts with active interview numbers. Applicants who applied using a different name from their National Identification Number are required to update their email address and password used in the Ajira Portal application form.
  11. Applicants whose names have changed due to marriage are required to present a Deed Poll registered with the Ministry of Lands.
