INTERVIEW CALL ANNOUNCEMENT
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat on behalf of MDAs & LGAs would like to inform all Job Applicants that interviews are expected to be conducted from 31/01/2026 to 14/02/2026 and finally to assign work stations to job applicants who will pass that interview. Interviewees called for the interview must observe the following instructions:
- The interview will be conducted from the date as shown in this announcement, the time and place where the interview will be conducted is specified for each Cadre.
- Each interviewee must arrive at the interview venue wearing a Mask.
- Each Interviewee must have an identification for identification purposes.
· Acceptable identifications include:- Resident ID, Voter ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID, Passport, Driver's License or a letter of identification from the Street/Village Government of their origin.
- Interviewees are required to come with their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from birth certificate, form IV, VI, Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree and above depending on the qualifications of the position in question.
- Interviewees who will submit ‘Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of results’, form IV and form VI results slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE INTERVIEW.
- For cadres that are required to be registered by Professional Boards they must come with their ORIGINAL Registration Certificates together with Practicing Licenses.
- Each interviewee will bear their own costs for Food, Transport and Accommodation. Furthermore, each interviewee must attend the interview wearing neat and decent attire according to the Dress Code.
- Interviewees who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their Certificates have been verified and approved by the Relevant Authority (such as TCU, NACTVET or NECTA). Interviewees for cadres requiring ‘GPA’ who studied outside Tanzania must submit a GPA calculation certificate from TCU.
- Interviewees who have not seen their names in this announcement should log into their ‘Ajira Portal’ accounts and see the reasons for not being called so as not to miss opportunities another time.
- All interviewees called for the interview must ensure they log into their accounts and copy the interview number. Furthermore, interviewees who will undergo a preliminary interview via the Internet must remember the email address and password they use in the Ajira Portal system.
- Interviewees whose names differ in their documents must submit a Registered Deed Poll for Change of Name registered by the Ministry of Lands.
