ANNOUNCEMENT OF JOB ALLOCATION
The Secretary of the Secretariat of Employment in the Public Service wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for various positions and were interviewed between 05-01-2025 and 22-12-2025 that the results of successful applicants have been released in this announcement.
The names and details of applicants who were not allocated job positions are kept in a database for consideration when job vacancies become available in the future.
All applicants who were successful in the interviews and allocated job positions will receive their job allocation letters through their Employment Portal accounts under the “My Applications” section.
The job allocation letters should be downloaded and printed, and they will indicate the institution where the applicant has been assigned to work.
Furthermore, applicants who were successful in the interviews and allocated job positions are required to report to their respective employers within the time specified in the job allocation letter, carrying original certificates for verification.
This verification must be completed before the issuance of employment letters. Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should note that they were not allocated positions or were not successful in the interviews and are advised to reapply when new job vacancies are announced.
