Administrative Assistant (1 Post) – Ifakara
Position Summary
Ifakara Health Institute is seeking a qualified and experienced Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and logistical functions within a project. The role involves providing essential support to project managers and teams to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and logistical support to project activities
Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and organize project documents
Track tasks, budgets, and related records
Handle internal and external communications
Support procurement of supplies and services
Assist with payment processing and basic human resource matters
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Public Administration, or Business Administration
Certificate in Computer Studies
At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in a reputable organization
