Administrative Assistant (1 Post) – Ifakara

Position Summary
Ifakara Health Institute is seeking a qualified and experienced Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and logistical functions within a project. The role involves providing essential support to project managers and teams to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to project activities

  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and organize project documents

  • Track tasks, budgets, and related records

  • Handle internal and external communications

  • Support procurement of supplies and services

  • Assist with payment processing and basic human resource matters

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Public Administration, or Business Administration

  • Certificate in Computer Studies

  • At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in a reputable organization
