Masasi–Mtwara Cooperative Union (MAMCU) Limited was established under the Cooperative Societies Act No. 6 of 2013 as a Cooperative Union with Registration No. 5511, serving 207 Agricultural Marketing Cooperative Societies (AMCOS) in Southern Tanzania.
MAMCU Ltd invites qualified Tanzanian applicants to fill the following vacant positions:

CHIEF INTERNAL AUDITOR
Reporting: Reports to the Board and administratively to the General Manager.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIA) is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in internal audit, with at least two (2) years in a leadership role. -
CHIEF ACCOUNTANT
Reporting: Reports to the General Manager.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Finance. Internationally recognized qualification such as CPA(T) or ACCA registered by NBAA.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Chief Accountancy, with at least two (2) years in a leadership role. -
HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
Reporting: Reports to the General Manager.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Human Resource Officer with strong knowledge of Labour Laws. -
BRANCH ACCOUNTANT
Reporting: Reports to the Chief Accountant.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of progressive experience in an accounting or finance role. -
ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT
Reporting: Reports to the Chief Accountant.
Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of progressive experience in an accounting or finance role. -
DRIVERS – FIVE (5) VACANCIES
Reporting: Reports to the Human Resource Officer.
Qualifications: Secondary Education Certificate; valid Driving License Class E and C; Basic Driving Course.
Experience: At least two (2) years of accident-free driving experience. Trade Test Grade II/Level II in Motor Vehicle Mechanics will be an added advantage.
