Senior Renewable Energy Engineer
Location: Mwanza, Tanzania

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Renewable Energy Engineer who is not only technically sound but also confident and dynamic in leading client interactions, solution design, sales discussions, and project implementation. This role blends technical engineering expertise with strategic marketing and sales responsibility, acting as a bridge between innovation and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead engineering design for solar PV systems (residential, commercial, industrial)
• Assess sites, perform load analysis, and develop energy models
• Oversee project execution, quality control, and commissioning
• Work with the sales team to translate client needs into engineering solutions
• Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and technical sales presentations
• Collaborate with procurement and installation teams for timely project delivery
• Provide training and mentoring to junior engineers and technicians
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
• Minimum of 1–5 years’ hands-on experience in solar PV system design and deployment
• Strong understanding of batteries (LiFePO₄), inverters, grid-tied/off-grid systems
• Experience in customer engagement, technical marketing, and proposal writing
• Proficient in solar design software (PVSyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD)
• Confident, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills

Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager

Role Summary
We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and strategic Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager who can visually communicate Mevanti Energy’s impact through design, 3D visuals, video content, and digital storytelling. This role combines creative production with digital brand management, ensuring Mevanti Energy maintains a premium, consistent, and powerful presence across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Creative Production
• Design high-quality marketing materials (flyers, brochures, posters, banners, presentations, proposals)
• Create brand-consistent visuals aligned with Mevanti Energy’s identity
• Design infographics explaining solar systems, ESS, EV charging, and energy solutions
• Support internal departments with professional visual assets
3D Design & Visualization
• Create 3D renders and animations for:
o Solar systems (residential, commercial & industrial)
o Energy storage systems (BESS)
o EV charging stations
o Office and showroom concepts
• Produce before-and-after site visuals and system layouts
• Assist in technical visualization for client presentations and proposals
Video Creation & Editing
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form videos:
o Project showcases
o Installation progress
o Educational solar content
o Promotional and brand storytelling videos
• Create motion graphics & animated explainers
• Optimize video formats for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp
Social Media Management
• Manage and grow Mevanti Energy’s social media platforms
• Create and execute monthly content calendars
• Write engaging captions and visual storytelling aligned with brand tone
• Monitor analytics, engagement, and performance metrics
• Stay ahead of trends and propose creative campaigns
Strategy & Collaboration
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Technical teams
• Support campaigns, product launches, and partnerships
• Contribute creative ideas that elevate brand visibility and trust
• Maintain organized design files and content libraries
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Strong experience with 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, or similar)
• Video editing & motion graphics skills
• Social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Basic photography & videography skills (advantage)
Creative & Professional Skills
• Strong eye for detail, color, typography, and layout
• Ability to turn technical energy concepts into simple, compelling visuals
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Bonus (Added Advantage)
• Experience in renewable energy, engineering, or construction sectors
• Knowledge of UI/UX design
• Drone videography experience
• Copywriting or basic animation skills

Role Summary
We’re hiring a results-driven sales & marketing professional with proven experience in the renewable energy sector. This role requires strategic planning, client acquisition, digital campaigns, brand development, and overseeing our B2B/B2C solar sales processes across the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive lead generation, sales closure, and revenue growth in solar and ESS markets
• Develop marketing campaigns (offline & digital) tailored to different sectors
• Manage partnerships, dealer networks, and exhibitions
