• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong interest in agricultural finance and agribusiness development.
• Basic knowledge of business analysis and financial assessment is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the zone for field activities.
