ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTERVIEW CALL
The Secretary of the Secretariat for Employment in the Public Service, on behalf of Mzumbe University (MU), wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for employment that interviews are expected to be conducted from 19/02/2026 to 20/02/2026, after which successful candidates will be assigned duty stations. Candidates called for the interview are required to observe the following instructions:-
- The interview will be conducted starting on the date as indicated in this announcement; the time and venue where the interview will take place have been specified for each cadre.
- Each candidate is required to arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask (Mask).
- Each candidate is required to arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask (Mask).
- Candidates are required to come with their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree and above depending on the qualifications of the respective position.
- Candidates who will present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, Form IV and Form VI results slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE INTERVIEW.
- For cadres that require registration with Professional Boards, candidates must come with their original Registration Certificates together with valid practicing Licenses.
- Each candidate will be responsible for his/her own food, transport and accommodation. In addition, each candidate is required to attend the interview dressed neatly and decently in accordance with the dress code circular.
- Candidates who studied outside Tanzania should ensure that their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTVET or NECTA). Candidates in cadres that require a GPA who studied outside Tanzania should submit a GPA computation certificate from TCU.
- Candidates who have not seen their names in this announcement are advised to log into their Ajira Portal accounts to see the reasons for not being shortlisted so that they do not miss opportunities in the future.
- All shortlisted candidates should ensure that they log into their accounts and copy their interview number. In addition, candidates who will undertake preliminary interviews online should remember the email address and password they use in the Ajira Portal system.
- Candidates whose names differ across their documents are required to present a registered Deed Poll (Affidavit of Change of Name) certified by the Ministry of Lands.
