ANNOUNCEMENT OF CALL FOR INTERVIEW


The Vice Chancellor of Mbeya University of Science and Technology (MUST) wishes to inform all Job Applicants who applied for jobs that interviews are expected to be conducted from 05/03/2026 to 06/03/2026, subsequently assigning work stations to successful applicants. Interviewees who are called for the interview should consider the following instructions:


1. Interviews will take place from the date shown in this announcement. The time and venue for the interview are specified for each cadre.

2. Each interviewee is required to arrive at the interview venue wearing a Mask.

3. Each Interviewee must have an identification for recognition.

   · Acceptable identifications include: Resident Identification, Voter's Identification,

     Work Identification, Citizenship Identification, Passport, Driver's License or an identification

     letter from the Local Government/Village of origin.

4. Interviewees are required to bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Certificate, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Bachelor's Degree and onwards depending on the qualifications for the respective position.

5. Interviewees who present 'Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results', Form IV and Form VI results slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE INTERVIEW.

6. For cadres required to be registered with Professional Boards, they must bring their original Registration Certificates along with their Practicing Licenses.

7. Each interviewee will cover their own costs for Food, Transport, and Accommodation. Furthermore, each interviewee should attend the interview in neat and respectable attire according to the Dress Code Circular.

8. For interviewees who studied outside Tanzania, ensure their Certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant Authority (such as TCU, NACTVET or NECTA). Interviewees for cadres requiring 'GPA' who studied outside Tanzania should submit a GPA computation certificate from TCU.

9. Interviewees who do not see their names in this announcement should log into their 'Ajira Portal' accounts and see the reasons for not being called so they do not miss out on opportunities in the future.

10. All interviewees called for the interview should ensure they log into their accounts and copy the interview number. Additionally, interviewees who will undergo screening interviews online should remember the email addresses and passwords they use in the Ajira Portal system.

11. Interviewees whose names differ in their documents must submit a Deed Poll registered with the Ministry of Lands.
