ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTERVIEW CALL

The Principal, (DUCE), wishes to inform all job applicants that interviews are scheduled to be conducted from 11/03/2026 to 12/03/2026, after which successful candidates will be assigned to duty stations. Candidates invited for the interview are required to observe the following instructions:

  1. The interview will be conducted on the dates indicated in this announcement. The time and venue for the interview are specified for each cadre.
  2. Every candidate is required to attend the interview wearing a face mask.
  3. Each candidate must carry an identification document for verification.
    Acceptable identification documents include: National ID, Voter’s ID, Employment ID, Citizenship ID, Passport, Driving License, or a letter of identification from the respective Street/Village Government.
  4. Candidates must bring ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from Birth Certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree and above, depending on the qualifications required for the respective position.
  5. Candidates who present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, Form IV and Form VI Results Slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE INTERVIEW.
  6. For cadres that require registration with Professional Boards, candidates must bring their ORIGINAL Registration Certificates and valid Practicing Licenses.
  7. Each candidate shall bear their own costs for food, transport and accommodation. Candidates are also required to attend the interview dressed neatly and decently in accordance with the official dress code circular.
  8. Candidates who studied outside Tanzania must ensure that their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities such as TCU, NACTVET or NECTA. Candidates for cadres requiring GPA who studied outside Tanzania must present a GPA equivalency certificate issued by TCU.
  9. Candidates who do not see their names in this announcement are advised to log into their accounts to check the reasons for not being shortlisted so as not to miss future opportunities.
  10. All candidates invited for the interview must log into their accounts and note down their interview numbers. Candidates who will undertake online preliminary interviews must remember the email address and password they use in the Ajira Portal system.
  11. Candidates whose names differ across their documents must present a registered Deed Poll (Name Change Affidavit) from the Ministry of Lands.
