CALL FOR INTERVIEWS

The Vice Chancellor of Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS) wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for various positions that interviews are expected to be conducted starting from 25/02/2026, after which successful candidates will be assigned duty stations. Applicants invited for the interview are required to observe the following instructions:

  1. The interview will be conducted starting on the date indicated in this announcement. The time and venue for the interview have been specified for each cadre.
  2. Each interviewee is required to arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask.
  3. Every interviewee must carry an identification document for verification purposes.
    • Acceptable identification documents include: National ID, Voter’s ID, Employee ID, Citizenship ID, Passport, Driving License, or an introduction letter from the Government of the Street/Village of residence.
  4. Interviewees are required to bring ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree and above, depending on the qualifications required for the respective position.
  5. Interviewees who present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, or Form IV and Form VI results slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE INTERVIEW.
  6. For cadres that require registration with Professional Boards, applicants must bring original registration certificates together with valid practicing licenses.
  7. Each interviewee shall bear their own costs for meals, transport, and accommodation. Additionally, every interviewee is required to attend the interview dressed neatly and decently in accordance with the official dress code circular.
  8. Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must have their certificates verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA). Applicants for cadres that require a GPA who studied outside Tanzania must present a GPA equivalency certificate issued by TCU.
  9. Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement are advised to log into their Ajira Portal accounts to view the reasons for not being shortlisted, so as not to miss future opportunities.
  10. All interviewees invited for the interview are required to log into their accounts and copy their interview numbers. Furthermore, applicants who pass the final online interview are advised to remember the email address and password they use to access the Ajira Portal system.
  11. Interviewees whose names differ across their documents are required to submit a Deed Poll for Change of Name registered with the Ministry of Lands.
