ANNOUNCEMENT OF APPOINTMENT TO EMPLOYMENT
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat wishes to inform job applicants for various positions who sat for interviews between 15-03-2025 and 16-02-2026 that the results of the applicants who passed the interviews are as shown in this announcement. The list of names also includes some of the candidates who were in the database for various cadres and who were assigned job positions after vacancies became available.
All candidates who passed the interviews and were assigned job positions will receive their appointment letters through their Ajira Portal accounts under the My Applications section. Thereafter, they will be required to download and print the letters and report to the respective work stations to which they have been assigned.
In addition, candidates who passed the interviews and were assigned job positions are required to report to the employer within the time specified in the appointment letter while carrying original certificates (Originals Certificates) of their academic qualifications starting from Form Four and above for verification by the employer before being issued with the employment letter. For those whose names do not appear in this announcement, please note that you did not obtain employment / did not pass the interview; therefore, do not hesitate to apply again when job vacancies are announced in the future.
