JOB APPOINTMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat wishes to inform job applicants for various positions who sat for interviews between 16/03/2025 and 19/12/2025 that the results of successful candidates are as shown in this announcement. The list of names also includes some candidates who were in the database for various positions and who were called for employment after positions became available.
All candidates who were successful in the interviews and have been assigned duty stations are required to download their appointment letters through their Ajira Portal accounts under the “My Applications” section, then print the letters and report to the respective duty stations as indicated in the appointment letters.
Furthermore, candidates who were successful and have been assigned positions are required to report to their employers within the time specified in the appointment letters, carrying their original certificates starting from Form Four and above, for verification before being issued with employment letters. Any candidate whose name appears in this announcement and who fails to report will be considered to have declined the job opportunity, and their position will be filled by another candidate when the opportunity arises.
