• Finance & Administration Assistant – 1 Position
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT)
• Manage petty cash, vouchers, and reconciliations
• Maintain financial records and documentation
• Support compliance and imprest management
• Assist with payments and basic accounting entries
• Support project finance activities
• Attend supervision and learning sessions
WHO SHOULD APPLY
Recent graduates (within the last 1–2 years) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Project Management, Administration, Community Development, or other relevant fields. Candidates should be eager to learn, proactive, and committed to social impact work. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and basic computer skills are essential.
REQUIREMENTS (FINANCE)
• Recent degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial record keeping
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good English communication skills (Kiswahili is an added advantage)
• Willingness to learn
