Basic Job Functions:
i. Identify and monitor training needs in the company
ii. Design, plan and implement training programs, policies and procedures to fulfill those needs
iii. Ensure growth and retention of sales representatives
iv. Enhance customer satisfaction through effective training initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
i. Bachelor Degree in a business-related field, Education, or Human Resource Management
ii. Proven working experience of at least two (2) years
iii. Project management skills
iv. Interpersonal and leadership skills
v. Analytical and problem-solving skills
vi. Facilitation and coaching skills
vii. Communication and presentation skills

POSITION: RELATIONSHIP OFFICER
Department: Log Book Finance
Positions: 1
Location: Head Office
Basic Job Functions:
i. Ensure the portfolio is performing within company acceptable limits
ii. Ensure conversions of pre-banking, demand, and repossession buckets are within acceptable limits
iii. Ensure customer retention
iv. Address customer concerns and complaints
v. Provide support to all other functions of the department and company
vi. Ensure all new customers are successfully onboarded within three (3) days of allocation
vii. Ensure settlements are done timely and according to company policies
viii. Maintain constant and frequent communication with clients, providing complete and concise account information and guidance
ix. Prepare weekly portfolio performance reports
x. Prepare daily conversion reports
xi. Report key findings, issues, and concerns
Minimum Qualifications:
i. Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or any related field
ii. At least two (2) years of working experience
iii. Proficient in computer applications
iv. Good communication skills
v. Excellent computation skills
vi. Literacy in Microsoft Office applications
vii. Good time management skills
