ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTERVIEW INVITATION

The Vice Chancellor of Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS) wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for various positions that interviews will be conducted from 17/02/2026 to 18/02/2026. Successful candidates will subsequently be assigned work stations.

All shortlisted interviewees are required to observe and adhere to the following instructions:

  1. Interviews will be conducted on the dates stated in this announcement. The specific time and venue for each cadre are indicated accordingly.
  2. Every interviewee must report to the interview venue wearing a face mask.
  3. Each interviewee must bring a valid identification document for identification purposes. Acceptable identification documents include:
    • National Identification Card (NIDA)
    • Voter’s Identification Card
    • Employee Identification Card
    • Citizenship Identification Card
    • Passport
    • Driving License
    • Identification letter from the Local Government or Village of origin
  4. Interviewees must bring ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from Birth Certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Associate Degree, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree and above, depending on the qualifications required for the respective position.
  5. Interviewees who present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, or Form IV and Form VI result slips will NOT be accepted and will not be allowed to proceed with the interview.
  6. For cadres that require registration with Professional Boards, interviewees must bring their original Registration Certificates and valid Practicing Licenses.
  7. All interviewees shall bear their own costs for food, transport, and accommodation. Interviewees are also required to attend the interview dressed neatly and decently in accordance with the Dress Code Circular.
  8. Interviewees who studied outside Tanzania must ensure that their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA. For cadres requiring a GPA, applicants who studied outside Tanzania must submit a GPA conversion certificate from TCU.
  9. Applicants who do not see their names in this announcement are advised to log into their Ajira Portal accounts to view the reasons for not being shortlisted, so as to improve future applications.
  10. All shortlisted interviewees must log into their Ajira Portal accounts and copy their interview number. Interviewees who will conduct screening interviews via the online platform must ensure they remember the email address and password used in the Ajira Portal system.
  11. Interviewees whose names differ across their documents must submit a Deed Poll registered with the Ministry of Lands.
