Responsibilities:
- Implement
and improve current fuel management systems on the North Mara Mine site

all equipment on the Electronic Fuel Management System

- Ensure
rigging studies are conducted for all lifting activities on the mine

Bulyanhulu Gold Mine is seeking to recruit an HME Maintenance HV Electrician
responsible for safe and efficient maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of
complex high-voltage electrical systems on mobile mining or heavy industrial
equipment. This role requires specialized expertise in HV power distribution,
motor control, automation, and safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Perform
scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and
repairs on high voltage electrical systems (600V to 1000V) of mobile
equipment
- Diagnose
complex electrical faults using specialized test equipment and schematic
diagrams on transformers, switchgear, rectifiers, large motors, VFDs, and
control systems
- Execute
precise and safe HV cable termination, testing, and fault location for
trailing cables and on-board power systems
- Conduct
preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to identify potential failures
