Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient functioning of all departments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with coffee farmers, suppliers, and customers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the coffee industry or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role preferred
- Proven track record in business development and achievement of growth targets
Position 2: Client Solutions & Business Development Manager
Industry: Agriculture
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Ensure delivery of Net Zero and ESG strategies
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and manage the full sales cycle
- Stay updated on global carbon markets and ESG regulatory developments
- Lead the development of winning proposals and RFP responses
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, Sustainability, or a related field
- 2–4 years of proven experience managing multi-stakeholder projects with a strong record in B2B business development or sales
- Strong understanding of the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol, Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), and the voluntary carbon market
