CCR OFFICER
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· B.Sc. in Chemistry
· 1 to 3 years' experience in CCR Operation of Cement Plant
REQUIRED SKILLS
1. Good communication skills in Swahili and English.
2. Process and Operations knowledge.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work in a team environment
5. Sound judgement and decision-making skills
6. Critical thinking
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Operate plant equipment (VRM, Ball Mill, Kiln, Cement & Coal Mill) from CCR to meet targets.
· Ensure safety of personnel, equipment, and compliance with protocols/ISO standards.
· Train and guide CCR operators to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
· Coordinate maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain steady operations.
· Ensure product quality, support shutdowns/breakdowns, and handle tasks from management.
