VisionFund Tanzania is seeking a qualified and motivated professional to join its team as an Agribusiness and Project Management Intern.
Position Title: Agribusiness and Project Management Intern
Reporting To: Digital Project Manager
Job Purpose
The Agribusiness and Project Management Intern will support the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of agribusiness-related and digital projects. The intern will gain hands-on experience in project management processes while contributing to initiatives that enhance agribusiness development and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Support planning and implementation of agribusiness and digital projects
• Assist in project documentation, reporting, and data collection
• Participate in monitoring and evaluation of project activities
• Support coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Assist in research, analysis, and preparation of project-related materials
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Digital Project Manager
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Agribusiness, Project Management, Agriculture Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of project management principles
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• High level of integrity and willingness to learn
