Position Title: Investment Officer

Job Purpose
The Investment Officer will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, assessing investment proposals, managing client relationships, and ensuring effective loan portfolio growth and quality in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and recruit potential clients for equipment financing
• Conduct client appraisal, credit analysis, and risk assessment
• Prepare and submit investment proposals for approval
• Monitor loan utilization and ensure timely repayment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Conduct regular follow-ups and portfolio monitoring
• Prepare reports in line with organizational requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in credit, investment, or loan management will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Willingness to work in the assigned duty station
