Job Title: LBF Branch Sales Team Leader

Job Overview:

We are seeking to recruit LBF Branch Sales Team Leaders who will be responsible for leading branch sales operations, driving team performance, managing sales portfolios, and ensuring achievement of business growth targets in line with company standards.


Job Responsibilities:


· Recruit, train, and coach Sales Team members to strengthen sales capability and productivity.

· Drive and monitor team performance to ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.

· Ensure branch sales portfolio performance aligns with company operational and risk standards.

· Supervise daily sales activities and provide ongoing performance guidance to team members.

· Ensure timely preparation and submission of sales and performance reports.

· Support customer acquisition initiatives and maintain strong customer relationships.

· Monitor compliance with internal policies, procedures, and sales guidelines.

· Identify sales improvement opportunities and implement corrective action plans where necessary.


Job Qualifications:


· Diploma in Business Administration or any Business-related field.

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing.

· Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage a sales team.

· Proficiency in computer applications and reporting tools.

· Strong customer care and relationship management skills.

· Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

· Strong problem analysis and problem-solving abilities.
