ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTERVIEW CALL
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of MDAs and LGAs, wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for various positions that interviews are scheduled to be conducted from 22/03/2026 to 14/04/2026. Successful candidates from these interviews will later be assigned to their respective work stations. All candidates called for the interview are required to adhere to the following instructions.
The interviews will be conducted on the dates indicated in this announcement. The time and venue for each interview have been specified according to each cadre. Every interviewee must arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask and must also carry a valid identification document for identification purposes.
Acceptable forms of identification include: National ID, Voter ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID, Passport, Driving License, or an introduction letter from the Local Government (Street or Village Office) where the candidate resides.
All interviewees must bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES starting from the birth certificate, Form IV certificate, Form VI certificate, Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree and any other relevant qualification depending on the requirements of the respective position. Candidates who present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, or Form IV and Form VI result slips will NOT be accepted and will NOT be allowed to proceed with the interview.
For cadres that require professional registration with professional boards, candidates must bring their original registration certificates together with valid practicing licenses. Each interviewee will be responsible for their own meals, transportation, and accommodation. Additionally, all candidates must attend the interview dressed in neat and decent attire in accordance with the government dress code.
Candidates who studied outside Tanzania must ensure that their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA. For cadres that require a GPA, candidates who studied abroad must present a GPA equivalence certificate issued by TCU. Applicants who do not see their names in this announcement should log into their Ajira Portal accounts to check the reasons for not being called so they can improve their applications in the future. All candidates called for interviews must log into their Ajira Portal accounts to copy their interview numbers, and those who will attend online screening interviews must remember the email address and password used in the Ajira Portal system. Candidates whose names differ across their documents must present a registered Deed Poll issued by the Ministry of Lands as proof of name change.
